I stayed at the hotel for a conference and found the rooms nice but in need of a bit of an upgrade, especially the bathroom. The service provided by Damian at the conference venue was excellent. The location was situated back in Windhoek, 5km from the center, but I felt it lacked proper security measures. The dining experience offered a delightful variety of breakfast options, although the overall atmosphere felt somewhat like mass processing.
The hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, although clean and comfortable, needed some maintenance, and there was constant noise from an extractor fan or generator nearby. The service was friendly and efficient, but smoke from outside sometimes entered the room. The location was acceptable though a bit far from the center.
